“It was my first time and definitely won't be my last. Sadly this location is one hr away from me and I was in the area with my friend. I thought it was going to be in and out but we stayed in chatting with the workers.
I wish I could give them more stars. I felt like I walked in a fancy restaurant, how they greeted everyone who walks in and walks out. Thank you Mission BBQ! Great service yesterday. 👏
P.s. I don't know if they have brown sugar BBQ sauce and I didn't ask. If they do, AWESOME. If they don't, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get some. THANKS! 🙏🙏🙏“

“When I came in I was greeted by a young lady wearing glasses. When I got to the counter to place my order she smiled and asked how my day was and how could she assist me. She took my order read it back to me gave me detail of everything that came on the item I ordered . I got the grilled chicken sandwich. After I got my food she came and checked on me made sure I was okay multiple time. The place is clean and neat.“

“Pretty fast service, nice employees, relatively average pricing for fast food. The only issue with this location is the amount of people running the registers. People usually make a line 30 minutes prior to them opening and the line stretches way too long. I don’t blame them if they can’t seem to find enough people to hire though.“

“I went to Chopt today and had such a great experience! Brenda helped me with my order and she was so kind, patient, and friendly that I actually came back later the same day with my mom. When we came back, Brielle helped my mom and gave us another amazing experience. Both of them made us feel so welcomed definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a while. We’ll definitely be coming back!“
