“I was having top 10 worst days of my life. I go in to get a salad and as soon as i stepped outside to walk to my car it spills everywhere. clearly overwhelmed I walked back in in distress and crying and the employees were soooo nice. It was 2 girls and the guy who originally helped me. They remade it and spoke with me and just made the situation better. Thank you to them they were such queens!!!“

“Best Italian Cold-Cut ever! I’ve been eating here for 45 plus years. Always a special treat when we are in the Parkville/Towson area. The employees are very welcoming and always friendly, love to hear them singing to the classics while making our yummy subs. 🇮🇹 🤌🏼“

“Jonah the cashier was super friendly and eager to help. A tall black girl with braids was very nice and helpful. The brisket was not very warm but good otherwise. The cornbread was overcooked and a tiny end corner sliver about an inch wide. (Very disappointing) the blueberry cobbler was warm and yummy even though it was also overcooked.“

“When I came in I was greeted by a young lady wearing glasses. When I got to the counter to place my order she smiled and asked how my day was and how could she assist me. She took my order read it back to me gave me detail of everything that came on the item I ordered . I got the grilled chicken sandwich. After I got my food she came and checked on me made sure I was okay multiple time. The place is clean and neat.“

“Pretty fast service, nice employees, relatively average pricing for fast food. The only issue with this location is the amount of people running the registers. People usually make a line 30 minutes prior to them opening and the line stretches way too long. I don’t blame them if they can’t seem to find enough people to hire though.“

“Ok, we decided to try something new and out of our comfort zone. We walked in and their ordering system crashed. Normally, this can stress a kitchen to panic. NOT these guys! They explained what was happening, told us a way to order online and we're very professional. Nicest crew you could want handling your meal. Now the food, flavorful and plentiful. The portion was enormous! Each bite kicks your taste buds right in the ass! And again, I can't say enough about the crew working here, A+ all around. Definitely give this spot a try, you won't be disappointed!“

“Let me start by saying that I ordered online and had the WORSE experience with DoorDash's portion of the delivery. Door Dash's driver NEVER delivered my order. I reached out to Noodles and spoke with Jakia (who provides AMAZING customer service by the way) who informed me to reach out to DD because the driver picked it up and their system said it was delivered. DD pretty much told me it is not their fault because it wasn't through their site, BUT it was their driver. After numerous attempts at a resolution with DD and being rudely connected to different reps without notice... I called Noodles & Co. back and spoke with both Jakia and Kyla who rectified the situation EVEN though they were not responsible for the mishap. I definitely applaud the staff for handling that so well and being able to provide me with an option for replacement.“
