POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I mobile ordered two grilled cheese and I watched as the blonde girl made two and proceeded to tell the smaller girl with locs to tell me that I could only receive one and a refund for the other rudely. They lied to me and said they ran out but they proceeded to give the other grilled cheese they made to someone in drive thru after I had already waited 30 minutes for my mobile order and was there before the person in drive thru. now as a Starbucks barista, I completely understand how overwhelming it can be to get out orders as fast as you can, but the TU Starbucks is HORRIBLE. first they don’t take points, then they made poured chai and coffee in my drink after literally ordering a CHAI LATTE?? then after trying to correct them I can though i hate doing that because it can annoying at times they were trying to fight with me by saying it was chai. again, i work at a Starbucks so i know what im tasting....read full review
