I can't tell you how disappointed I am. The first time I ordered from Towson Best delivery was incredibly fast and the food was very good. At that point I thought that I had a new go to Chinese Restaurant. If you look at the menu and see all of the offerings one might think " they can't be good at making all these items". Well they're not! One only needs to read previous reviews to see the hit or miss trend in food quality and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately a lack of consistency has caused me to write this negative review and never order from this establishment again. Ichiban Towson is my recommendation.

Always had them for take out, and it was always good. Went to dine in and was shocked at the nastiness and odor inside. My girlfriend found a pebble in her food and there was a chemical taste to her tofu dish. We won't be back, and we'll find someplace else for take out. And for goodness sake, clean up in there instead of laughing about how you've tainted you former customers food. Hope your nastiness makes you go out of business. How dare you treat your customers with such disrespect.

Felt creepy. And then there's the real rock- a pebble found in my food. Don't even risk it- too many other places to enjoy rather than dealing with someone putting rocks in your food. Wish I hadn't tipped. But I'll never order from them again. And don't wait more than 10 minutes - they're looking for pebbles from the fish tank to put in your food. "oh, thank you, you're very patient.. " so wish I could show a picture of the rock in my fried tofu that I waited 29 minutes for. Also wish I would have taken a picture of the disheveled "dining room" - complete with a fish take with pebbles matching the one found in my vegetarian tofu lunch take out. Called myself giving the rest to the dog. He literally would not eat the egg roll. Trashed the whole order. Do yourself VA favor and don't.... Now I know what all the laughter was about....

We called beforehand and went here 30 minutes before closing. They were still kind enough to serve us, and didn’t rush us out even after 10:30, which is when they close. I appreciate the kindness of the staff and enjoyed all of the food I ate!

Disgusting. Chicken tasted “off”….besides that it was completely soggy with a tasteless sauce. Not crispy or spicy or has any taste to it other than sweet. Everything I ate tasted like it was probably 2 weeks past its expiration date. Disgusting food and a complete waste of money.

So today on 9/10/24 my manager ordered food from this restaurant Towson's Best in Towson for the staff at Sheppard Pratt for lunch and they forgot two of the staff members orders that I have ordered. When I called back to see if they was going to refund the money back or send the two orders that was forgotten the manager was so rude, tried to tell me that he sent everything and when I tried to explain to him that we did not receive the 2 of our orders which was -a shrimp tempura sushi roll and some type of shrimp and spicy style meal. The manager called me a "liar" did not want to hear what I was saying due to me wanting my money back, did not want to fix the situation and I paid a decent amount of money to this restaurant $91 and hung up in my ear once I stated that I will be writing a review. It's not like I did not have the money, but what are you going to do to fix the situation. We as a organization always order from this place and the rudeness that the manager gave was unacceptable. Now two of my employees will not have a lunch due to the restaurant or driver mistakes.
If you ever get your food delivered from this place PLEASE check everything before the driver drives off and also call the restaurant while the driver is still in your presence if anything is missing because this manager really got some extra money out of it. SMH the things people say to you to get over is ridiculous.
I see a lot of people dine in and get better customer service than take-out which is sad. So, if anyone decides to go here please DINE IN to get the bang for your buck and correct meal!

3rd time eating from here/ordering takeout: Ordered the Sesame Chicken Lunch box which comes with rice, a spring roll, and soda. It tastes freshly cooked, and the portion is filling! This place is very affordable, staff are always friendly, and the food is always delicious. Towson Best never disappoints!!!
It's a shame that Towson Best and the surrounding stores aren't bustling with business. They definitely deserve it and altogether make the perfect area for college students in Towson.

All you can eat sushi here is dangerous…scary experience.
All you can eat was excellent, food came hot and or fresh. All of the items on the all you can eat menu are normal apps and rolls from their normal menu, including sashimi (for now I would bet). At the moment, everything is full size- which can be a lot for the appetizers.
