Excellent customer service. Plenty of seating. Great portions, taste and price. The dinner combos are highly recommended for the amount of food and price. Each dinner comes with a soup, egg roll, meat and rice. We ordered the following:
Mango slushy: 8/10 very sweet Taro milk tea: ~ kid didn’t like it much Dragon roll: 8/10 California roll: 7/10 (2 roll special) Shrimp with brócoli dinner: 8/10 General tso chicken dinner: 9/10 good taste and had leftovers.
Some of the best Chinese I’ve had in Towson. Try this place out.

I usually ordered here from the past and the last few times have been very disappointing to the point I will never order here again. They don't look at anything you add especially the rice. Ordered past 2 times and only recieved bland fried rice plain!!! Not too mention the egg foo young WITH house fried rice that I never recieved. I don't know what is going on with this establishment but for the amount of money spent could make 5 times better at home.

I can't tell you how disappointed I am. The first time I ordered from Towson Best delivery was incredibly fast and the food was very good. At that point I thought that I had a new go to Chinese Restaurant. If you look at the menu and see all of the offerings one might think " they can't be good at making all these items". Well they're not! One only needs to read previous reviews to see the hit or miss trend in food quality and customer satisfaction. Unfortunately a lack of consistency has caused me to write this negative review and never order from this establishment again. Ichiban Towson is my recommendation.
