I chose this hotel to stay at because it was in the middle between my granddaughter's home & The Show Place Arena, where she was graduating from high school. Before making the reservation, I read several reviews about the hotel on it's webpage and I was almost reluctant to finalize my stay there. The reviews were a mixed bag of good and bad. So, after speaking with my wife, I decided to go ahead with our 2-night reservation and I am glad I did.

The check in process was friendly, polite, and easy.
My room was clean and comfortable.
The check receptionist was warmly greeting and concerned with how my stay was.
Breakfast was typical with no complaints.
I would stay here many more times.

The staff are friendly from the front desk clerks to the staff in the dining area where you eat, the cleaning crew, and even the electrician are all very friendly eager to help. This is the first choice hotel I’ve stayed in as a diamond member and I’ve been a Choice member for years and as a diamond member I’ve never received a welcome packet of goodies in a treat bag for being a member a diamond member that is.
