Basically if you are looking for a basic hotel just to spend a night or 2 its okay, we made the mistake of prepayment for 5 days. The Hotel was clean but awfully noisy, especially at night with kids, partying and smoking, they should put families on different floors, or more security, the door slamming, yelling in the hallways in the rooms. The desk staff was always courteous and friendly.
My experiences here have been AMAZING! Rica is so welcoming and inviting and super sweet! Clean rooms. Good sleep. Quiet pool. Excellent customer service from the staff! I do recommend !!
The front desk people have been exceptionally friendly and kind. Location if using the metro to go downtown is great. After reading some recent reviews I was contemplating canceling my reservation before coming, I'm glad I didnt cancel as i was pleasantly happy with our stay. We are staying 4 nights and id stay again if I was in the area. Couple of things noted and brings it down a star is no room darkening shades at all and our tub has a constant drip but nothing horrible....
