What in the world is going on at Foolees's. When I moved to Cheltenham in 1996. I instantly became a fan. But about 2 years ago I started noticing the food wasn't as good. Now in 2026, you have completely lost your edge. Perhaps taste your own food. What ever changed, change it back! Now! Your running your business onto the ground. People will drive the distance for good but for bad food, they will drive away too.
Loved this place! It's food was always delicious! Been eating here 1x a month for almost 25yrs. However, my last time the sauces were off, tasted funny. Tasted cheap. I always get extra sweet n sour sauce and Gen chos sauce and they were awful. This is the first time I've ever had anything bad to say about this restaurant. The sweet n sour chicken was barely fried, no color and bland. This breaks my heart!
It’s not bad for something quick to eat if you’re in the mood for Chinese they’re definitely is better out there. Fried rice is OK. Taste a little off. Also got the steak and cheese eggroll not the best overall decent good price.
