I went to grab a bite to eat and had the pleasure of being greeted and served by Jade. She was a sweet girl, very attentive to my needs and helped me to decide on an entree I had never ordered. The rainbow trout was rather tasty and I paired it with broccoli and spinach. I'll be back soon to try something else.

We planned an event at another location near OTI. The other place double booked and couldn't take us. I immediately called OTI and Missy told me to bring the event there. BEST DECISION EVER! We got there within 5 minutes and you never would have guessed it was a last minute. Missy welcomed us with open arms, and the staff began serving us quickly. The owner came in and jumped right in helping his team. The vibe, the drinks, the food... Next event...OTI. Next happy hour...OTI. Next family dinner...OTI.

Based on these reviews, I'm still trying to figure out why Fox 5 LION featured this restaurant today with these atrocious reviews.

Catfish and grits..... I need to say no more. It was AMAZING. I definitely want to go again. I hate that sometimes they shut down for private events.... only because when I have a taste for it, I want it really bad, and there is no other place comparable! Check them out! And it's historic.... read the pictures on the wall.

I have enjoyed all the dishes I ordered from here. The food is delicious and the service was great. I like the atmosphere. They had a live band on Friday night that was great. I like spending my after work time here.

Worst experience ever in a restaurant. Came in with my 2 daughters. We were not greeted or sat so we sat ourselves took a while for them to come to the table. The girl was rude and impatient. The seats are old and sink in, very uncomfortable. Menu prices went up and food quality went down. It was about 20 minutes from walking in that we were sat and got drinks. It was a Monday night, not busy enough for slow business. It took another 10+ minutes after the drinks to get asked what we would like to order to eat. I chose to order apps and food same time because the way it was looking it would be a while before we would be eating. It took 30 minutes to get bread and calamari. Then 5 minutes after the apps come the food comes. We hadn’t even barely touched the apps. When we tasted the food everyone of us made a weird face and said it’s extra fishy and mushy. So I asked for a manager and the girl came back and said he’s in a meeting so I told her I am upset I’m hungry I been here over an hour I want to leave. The owner comes out and has a mean mug on his face and a very aggressive demeanor. I’m a woman there’s no need to get big and cocky and aggressive with me. I complained and he argued with my complaint. He asked me how is the salmon watery he hasn’t had a complaint all day. I told him he can go look at it. He was standing over the table like he was trying to be over me and down play me. He’s yelling at this point so loud that the whole restaurant is engaged. So I got louder and stood up and told him I’m leaving give me a check for what was eaten and I’m out. The 2 women servers were holding him back. My daughter said she’s scared she thinks he’s going to hit me. I felt threatened so I called my husband and then the local authority. He said and I quote,” call who you want, it won’t end well.” Then walked out the side door and back inside.at this point I paid so I left. I got in my car, which was parked right in front of the court house, to wait for the officer to come. The owner Mr Long followed me and my children outside thru the other side door and paced the front of the courthouse. He continued to do this 3-4 times. I told my daughter to record it. He then went back in and came out with another man. I’m not sure how you feel it’s okay to do this to a woman and her children. The police came and I made a report and left. This is beyond disgusting behavior to match the disgusting food and disgusting service provided. Now I see why your on Groupon olde town inn. Highly suggest reconsidering your visit. I could have gave him some tips, im a chef myself and make a really good stuffed salmon. Unfortunately he chose to go straight to violence.

Nice quaint location. Went to celebrate a friend's birthday and was pleasantly surprised. There was a band and they were pretty good. Other patrons seemed to enjoy them too. The staff was friendly. I'm a foodie and found the food to be "OK", not the strong point, bar food. All in all, I would definitely return.

I recently attended a wedding reception at OTI on 3/23/24. Overall good experience. It was a Saturday, early. Brunch menu. Very tasty. Home fried potatoes, cheese grits and fried fish were the highlight choices. Fresh fruit was provided and well presented. Do not be discouraged by the space, it becomes an intimate setting and the staff do a great job accommodating consumer needs. 5 stars, job well done.

The food was good, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the live band was a nice surprise when I arrived.

Awesome spot for Sunday Brunch. They were busy so it took a few minutes for a server to recognize that we had just sat down to introduce themselves and take our drink order but after that the service was perfect.Food was delicious. You always know if a place is good if the breakfast potatoes are good and this place understands the assignment!! Crispy on the outside. Soft inside. Seasoned perfectly.Edward Martin, a local saxophonist played great music to add to the ambiance. Small venue and the place fills up quick so timing is everything. Parking can be a challenge there as well but if you can get in, it's worth it.

First time visitor, was passing through on my way home from a hospital visit and decided to grab dinner. Walked in at 7:54pm and noticed the hours on the door showed closing at 8:00pm.I already had the door open so I stepped in to see if the kitchen was still open and was greeted with smiles and "Come on in!, How many, just one? Have a seat!" Wow! This is what we all hope to find at the end of the night but so rarely do.I ordered the recommended grilled pork chops with green beans and mashed potatoes. Chops were well seasoned, cooked perfectly, and topped with stewed apples. Mashed potatoes were delicious and the green beans were awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better meal!I ate fast, got a to go box for 1/2 the meal since the first half filled me up and got a banana pudding to go.All in all, a great stop. I look forward to returning with friends. Only next time, I'll get there a little earlier to make it easier on the staff.Highly recommend! !

We've been coming to OTI for years. The service and drinks haven't been great over the past 2 years, but the food is usually good. Yesterday was the worst food I've ever had there. The salmon was so over cooked it was hard. The sampler had zero taste, just overcooked & dry. This was a takeout order. Had this been dine in I would've left. I try to support local businesses but I think I'm done with OTI for a while. We ended throwing the food in the trash.
