I go to Wendys in Upper Marlboro, MD. a few times a week. What happened to the other people that used to work there?? All of a sudden, they are all hispanic and cannot understand them. Plus They didn't get my order right. I have nothing against the hispanics but do when you can't understand them and what about the Americans. They need their jobs too. Very disaapointed. Don't know if I will continue going to WEndy's anymore.
They don't know how to take an order. Jr burger supposed to have fixings on it , mine came with Ketchup only. Ordered 2 jr burgers, 1 double stack, 2 lg fries and 2 lg chocolate frostys. We received 4 jr burgers with Ketchup only, chicken tenders, 1 small vanilla frosty and 1 small chocolate frosty. The replacement order came with 3 jr burgers with Ketchup only 2 lg fries and 2 lg chocolate frostys almost correct. Both orders where delivered by Doordash. Food was cold and...read full review
Sat in the drive through about 10 minutes. Got home with the order and found a paper separator from the cheese on the sandwich. Tossed the rest. Will never go back again.
