Customer service was frightening. we arrived at the cashier window and noticed the cashier was talking on the phone. Not only that, she took our payment and began texting while other customers waited.
The first place I go to after leaving at my house just to get a burger for lunch and it was the worst decision ever! Everything was going well until leaving the drive-through, packing my car so I could eat my burger and it was not even warm, it was actually cold, The bun was hard, and the Burger was drive, it was just really sad, I did not fuss but got out my car to take it back into the store, but the manager and her drive-through window employee made me feel like I was doing...read full review
Burger King did not have any BURGERS on Tuesday, Dec 15th can you believe that?
Ordering is an issue. With limited eat in options during the pandemic, this is not the time to disappoint your customers.
