They do not make pita sandwiches correctly!!! Instead of opening the pita and putting everything inside (as is done at other CAVAs), they put the stuff on top of the pita, making it impossible to eat. Pita is a POCKET. You should be filling it on the inside! Please start making this correctly. Kind of shocking that you get this wrong. I won't go back until you do.
absolutely horrible!! yesterday was great. but the evening shift tonight just wow horrible service the service was below Terrible staff had no cares of what they was doing. too busy on their phones carrying on manager had zero cares as well. only employee we seen really working like they care was a asain gentleman in the back. food was garbage i really would not go back in the evening. day shift and evening huge difference!!! couple next to us video the entire experience said...read full review
