This is the slowest Jersey Mikes ever. 3/3 times I’ve come to this location I’ve had to wait 25-30 mins to get my sandwich. The line can be long or short and the employees take their precious time. 2/3 of those times I’ve seen customers walk out.

Went to Waldorf Jersey Mike’s on 30 March and was not greeted at all. I stood at the counter for almost 3 minutes before anyone asked to take my order after I said something. No one wears name tags. It is is too many kids working there. 2 dudes were tussling and play fighting in the back kitchen. The entire time, the little girl at the register was on her cell phone with AirPods in her ear. There’s no customer service nor respect for customers at all. Where was management?!! I will definitely be calling corporate!!!!!

I personally haven't had an issue coming here to pick up my order. I use the app, and it's roughly 20 minutes from when it's ready. I go there after said time and my food is ready.
Love having hair in my food and having employees answer the phone to not even actually answer then calling back no one answers at all after trying to call back! Disgusting worst service ever ?????

Whew, the way the stored looked around 3pm on 12/2/23 was horrific. I'm not even sure how ppl still placed their orders.The service was horrible. I was doing UE and I cancelled the order. There was 2 ppl working in the front while about 3 ppl were in the back doing who knows what, manager included. The line was so long, one worker had to ask the ppl for help from the back. Standing by the mobile order stand, I was never acknowledged, but 2 workers looked me dead in the eye and turned around. They were using dirty rags to clean off the counter. The trash on the floor, the broom sitting in the middle of the floor while ppl where working. Ppl using the same cloves to cut meat and get the veggies.Just overall horrible, especially for the store to be fairly new.

I was disgusted at this place while being service why ? Because one of the females was just swinging her blonde hair while prepping the sandwich's that I ordered and also over the meat area anywho she needs a NET that's disgusting . Then as I go down the line they line up my food darn there close to the register while one of the guys is just sorting out money over my meal. Back in the day it was way better cleanliness and awareness on sanitation it's none at this place at all. I wish I ordered online so I wouldn't have saw that . A secret shop I would hope not pass that through at all . Cross contamination at ITS BEST
