After a horrible experience at the Clinton location; coming here was a wonderful experience. The staff and manager today was nice and very much appreciated. Definitely will be my go to location from here on out.
I personally haven't had an issue coming here to pick up my order. I use the app, and it's roughly 20 minutes from when it's ready. I go there after said time and my food is ready.

Went to Waldorf Jersey Mike’s on 30 March and was not greeted at all. I stood at the counter for almost 3 minutes before anyone asked to take my order after I said something. No one wears name tags. It is is too many kids working there. 2 dudes were tussling and play fighting in the back kitchen. The entire time, the little girl at the register was on her cell phone with AirPods in her ear.
