Poor customer service, never got to the food. I stood waiting for 15 minutes. Waiting for someone to speak, seat me, give some direction. There were 2 employees that just looked up at me couple times, started talking amongst themselves. I left.

This place smelled like it had previously been on fire. Like the smell of burnt lumber was extremely strong. We wasn’t even greeted or seated when me and my family went in the establishment. The county needs to close this place. Horrible place.

Read the reviews so I thought I’d go here for lunch, when I walked in I was the only one that was there & it smelled so bad in there that it gave me a headache. Waited 20 minutes just for a quesadilla that came out greasy and nasty. The cheese they used was like Colby Jack or something. The rice was just white rice with vegetables in it, very bland. Will never go back. Also paid almost $5 for a can of coke! They had no chips & dip, no sweet tea. Never been to a Mexican restaurant that didn’t have chips & dip.

No Bueno! I read the reviews and wanted to give this place a try. Mexico in White Plains is hands down the best Mexican restaurant in Charles County! Southern Maryland actually. We thought we'd check to see if this place could give Mexico a run for its money. The place smells, the food is horrible, the drinks are even worse. I really should have turned around, but a few of the reviews said that the place didn't look good, but that the food was excellent and authentic. How much were the people paid to write these phony reviews that say that this place has good food?!
So after reading the reviews we decided to take a chance on this spot. Boy were we wrong. I immediately regretted the decision as soon as we walked in. I tried to give them a chance but when I placed a food order we were told they didn’t have it. You don’t have pupusas that are listed on the menu?! I didn’t even finish my drink and decided to leave after seeing the “working girls” make their rounds.

Excellent food! Presentation was top notch, as well.Music was a bit loud for my tastes. I also had to break out my Spanish to ask the waitress questions about the menu.Looks like they have a dance floor and dj booth, so maybe events on the weekends?
