I’m giving Lefty’s four stars because of the food quality and taste. They now allow you to order online, but unfortunately they still fall short on timeliness. I was given a pick up time of 12:25, and when I arrived I was told it wouldn’t be ready until 12:49. The food is so good but the service is still lacking. I’ve previously given five stars but when I think about it, they really deserve four because of the lackluster customer service .With that said the food is delicious....

I LOVE the ribs here. My issue is lack of communication. It's takes a serious adventure to reach a person. Today I ordered through DD and get my food cold. I live in the neighborhood behind it. 😒Coleslaw packed between hot items. Who does that? I'll order again I'm sure cause the ribs, fish, & greens are 🔥 but the service is lacking. Well service is good but communication methods are 💩. Come on Lefty get a proper phone system and enough staff to answer...
