The wings, croaker, and potato salad are always on point!! I usually order via a food delivery service. I actually went inside to order last week. The owner definitely needs to work on his customer service!!! I'll call ahead next time to pick up my order next time. The wait time is entirely too long if you don't call ahead.
How do you make Potato Salad without any seasonings? a little Paprika would have helped. The fried fish was sooo heavily salted that my wife couldn’t eat it, the Menu is old and outdated so you’re going to pay more than what’s advertised.

So good liver, fish and rib tips are my go to and always the Mac and cheese the butter beans were not my fav because I don't think they are cooked with meat the cake is really good too. Give them a try

The owner was rude and nasty when asked questions. I Would not recommend this place to anyone whose going to need assistance with choices. his cashier was nice, patient and informative but the owner attitude was disgusting I guess he don't like people asking him questions when he's socializing outside his property while on the job. Based on my experience today i feel this place is another black own business treating its customers nasty especially since I was recommended this place and a first time customer.

I went to this location and purchased a fish dinner with two sides, the food tasted pretty good but the price was a little high $23.00 and it came without bread, I inquired about bread and was informed that it would cost an additional 50 cent for a small cornbread muffin, if I'm gonna pay $23.00 for a dinner it should at least come with bread.

I have visited this place twice now and each time the food has been amazing. The cleaniness of the place was on point. The portions are reasonable. The pull pork is delicious. I'm so glad to have found this neighborhood restaurant that I'll be visiting often.
