Owners need to get this ac working correctly

My food was ready when i got there, the young man was very friendly courteous and so polite with great customer service.

The food is delicious! It is always fresh and very tasty. The desserts are good too. Love the sweet potato pie. The staff is excellent! Very professional and on point. The atmosphere is always nice as well. Very clean inviting and I don’t mind staying a while to sit down watch TV and eat. Every time I come in the store everything is consistent.

So I wanted to try the viral till tok chocolate as they displayed in their window that it looks just like the TikTok videos, and I order from here quite often and have never been disappointed before but today has to be one of the most disappointing things I have purchased. Not only is it a quarter of the size displayed in the picture, but the taste is very subpar and it was eight whole dollars ! The filling is not thick gooey like shown in the picture. I will not order that thing ever again lol

Update... I went to the restaurant to address the issue with my food. The employee was so very friendly and professional, and she made things right. She comped the entire meals. She even accommodated me because the chicken wings were too spicy. This place is definitely a Hidden Gem in Waldorf Maryland. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

I'm disappointed in the quality of food I received yesterday. My first experience at this restaurant was excellent, but this time fell short. I ordered fish and chips and six crispy wings with sauce on the side. The fish was well-seasoned but soft, and the fries were burnt. The chicken was also extremely burnt, suggesting they cook fries and chicken in the same grease, while the fish is cooked in different grease but was mushy. When I called for a replacement or refund, the person who answered was unprofessional, laughing, and uncaring. I didn't think this was a laughing matter, especially since people choose to spend their money at places like this.
