Horrible customer service on arrival in the store, Which is crazy to me

I’m a new customer here and been about 4-5 times already I ordered two dozens lastnight which I found out once I got home they were very light and empty after cracking 4 crabs open two had smells and a bad taste I packed them up to wait until the next business to see how do they go about exchanging for a new batch the owner which was white was very rude and nasty and told us that she can only give me one dozen but needed both dozens back not even offering us the difference from a dozen we paid for service was bad poor management she just lost a customer!!!!

The young blond (lady) that works at the register (front desk) needs a great deal of customer service training! She is rude, doesn't demonstrate the ability to communicate with customers, and for whatever reason, gives terrible energy. She even told me the policy is they can't allow you to see what you're about to purchase (live crabs), one has to look at the old dead crabs in their display and make my decision from there. I will NEVER give them my business. Do yourselves a favor, don't buy from this place.

Ugg sorry bought 6 lg felt like crab 1. Went to Moe's 1 crab weighed more than 6 from here. Sorry the throw back at the warf are throw backs

Im using my boyfriend Gmail cause I don’t have one…but I’m a first time customer and honestly I can’t complain…I brought 12 doz crabs…my crabs was big ,meaty, tasty and juicy…I would have post my picture but I ate them all ??‍♀️??? but I will definitely start getting my crabs from them

I ordered 6 Female L/XL crabs and got Med/Sm. Nothing Large about any of them. 3 of them were just a shell with nothing in them and they didn’t give any extra. I’m Not Going Back. I will travel to Oxon Hill to Capt. Whites.

Honest! The folks here will tell you what you’re getting. Mother Nature determines when crabs will be heavy or not, not the crabbers!! They will give you the best they have and there’s no disappointments or surprises when u get home!! Pricing for what you get is more then fair. Your orders will be ready on time. Their facilities are clean and they represent themselves very professionally. The folks at Southern Maryland Crabs do business the old fashioned way. Spend your hard earned money wisely!! If you having a hankering for some crabs or snow crab legs, your best bet is to run over and visit So. Md. Crabs

I was there Sunday My mom treated me to some crabs . And when I tell you that she paid $65 for a dozen of crabs first of all there was not 12 crabs in the bag when I got home they were 11 and there was not medium they had the maybe one or two that were medium sized Some meat in about six of them were small regular size crabs was in no medium crab in there but one. And I don't know who cooked the crabs but they were terrible they did not taste good at all I was this satisfied this will be my last visit.

This is the 2nd time that I order xtra large crabs and had small ones when I got home. They were extremely light as well. Very disappointing

Quality crabs & their crab legs were to die for!

This the second time I’ve ordered from them. I normally go to Captain Joes. They are always overcooking the crabs. Sticking with Captain joes. Smh

They sold me extra small crabs for $50. They were so small I threw them in the trash. The owner was only worried about getting money from customers instead of providing quality product.

Crabs are good and great customer service
