My mom who is visiting always talked about Honey Baked ham and say how good it was. She was right and this store was no exception. It was my first time ever at a Honey Baked shop. It was nicely kept and very clean. We were greeted by a really nice lady named Karlinda. She was very helpful and patient, showed us the great stuff they have. They even have free samples of their delicious rum cake. We then looked around and ended up getting their signature honey baked ham, apple pie, chocolate cake, and their Honey Baked ham sandwiches to go - was tasty and great! It was a very pleasant experience for my mom, my daughter and myself. I will definitely be back for more goodies.

Went in honey baked ham for the first time I had an wonderful experience great customer service great staff tasty food great job guys keep up the good work thank you manager ( Theresa ) again for the great customer service and telling me salads are amazing 🤗

Overpriced! Sandwich sucked, and the put wrong bread on Sandwich asked for ciabatta and got regular bread

I bought 2 bone in half hams for Christmas at the Waldorf MD location. Spent almost $200.00. Both were a disappointment. The glazing, which is why we buy them, was non-existant. And they weren't sliced very well. But the glazing was a major, major letdown. I will never buy them again. We were all so looking forward to that meal and it just bombed.

Great experience!

I caught it on a rare time that it was quiet during lunchtime. Those little ham and cheese sliders are amazing. I didn’t even know that they served smaller lunch meals. In addition to the glorious Honey baked ham they also have a large freezer full of all types of sides you could literally get all you need for dinner while you pick up lunch.

Got a catered ham tray , Theresa Assisted me her customer service was phenomenal. The tray was delicious. The presentation was lovely. The store is very clean. I highly recommend.

Gift card but cannot use discounts. Company does not allow senior discounts for anyone regardless.

I have eaten at this location many many times and have always had a great experience.

However, today is an experience that has left me hospitalized.

I ate today the hokey baked ham sandwich. I ate half of eat before I stopped because something tasted off and that half sandwich caused the following:

1. About 30 minutes after eating, I started feeling overly nauseous and having severe stomach cramping.

2. An hour after eating I start to get diarrhea

3. At this point I’m in so much pain and feel so weak I need to leave work.

4. Immediately after leaving I start vomiting. Projectile inside my car. And then at my house. And then in my car again on the way to the hospital, and then in the hospital.

Long story short, I have food poisoning. Not only do I need to fully clean a whole bunch of crap, I get the privilege of missing work.

I will be filing report with EcoLab and the health department.

The reason they get a two isn’t because of the food the customer service is terrible they have four people in there and they still couldn’t get people out in a timely manner I had a gift card for them that’s my only reason for going there this is my last visit!

Visited and I was really impressed. Customer service was great and ham was delicious only eat during holidays.
