The Honey Baked Ham Company

Gift card but cannot use discounts. Company does not allow senior discounts for anyone regardless.

I have eaten at this location many many times and have always had a great experience.

However, today is an experience that has left me hospitalized.

I ate today the hokey baked ham sandwich. I ate half of eat before I stopped because something tasted off and that half sandwich caused the following:

1. About 30 minutes after eating, I started feeling overly nauseous and having severe stomach cramping.

2. An hour after eating I start to get diarrhea

3. At this point I’m in so much pain and feel so weak I need to leave work.

4. Immediately after leaving I start vomiting. Projectile inside my car. And then at my house. And then in my car again on the way to the hospital, and then in the hospital.

Long story short, I have food poisoning. Not only do I need to fully clean a whole bunch of crap, I get the privilege of missing work.

I will be filing report with EcoLab and the health department.

The reason they get a two isn’t because of the food the customer service is terrible they have four people in there and they still couldn’t get people out in a timely manner I had a gift card for them that’s my only reason for going there this is my last visit!

Visited and I was really impressed. Customer service was great and ham was delicious only eat during holidays.

I'm not happy with the service! The staff was not friendly at all. There prices if there ham is way to high! To serve 4 people is $60.00 or $80.00 not worth it at all I do not recommend coming here at all!

Overcrowded and a bad location. Should consider renting a stand a long building or a larger spot in the mall.

The staff was exceptionally nice, helpful, and moved liked a well oiled machine. I like that you can reserve a pickup time.

This particular HBH venue is more of a pick-up previous take out orders place, rather than a restaurant.As I've aged I stay as far away as possible with foods overly saturated with salt and mega-preservatives, and I do not eat meat nor pork. I do order and serve their Cajun seasoned turkey during the Thanksgiving and Christmas season. Delicious according to my family's feedback. I agree.That said, the store is nicely appointed and staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the products sold there.

Went on Thanksgiving Eve and prior to opening the line reached the main road. However, when they opened, the line moved fast and the service was excellent.

Ordered a ham and three sides online. Went to pick it up, and was treated very nicely by the employees. Later noticed I was charged twice for my single order. Called them and the lady that answered said they were too busy and to call back three days later. Okayyyy. I called back and was given the run around. Nobody wanted to correct their mistake. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company. Nice in the store but terrible customer service over the phone. Won't order again.
