Vocelli Pizza

When ordering delivery…choose this Vocelli pizza-Waldorf location. Food is always delivered AS ORDERED! I placed “as ordered” in caps because when you place To-go orders, you want it right. This location NEVER disappoints. Pizza is really delicious too!

Earlier today we decided to order Pizza for our family gathering. We ordered from Vocelli Pizza. Friendly staff! It was our first time having their pizzas. We ordered 5 large pizzas and 2 large salads for 13 adults. Our entire family loved their pizzas! We kept the takeout menu for the next family gathering!

Wife and I ordered pizza from here and we normally like it a lot because it reminds us of a pizza place we went to in California. We ordered just one large cheese and one large pepperoni and when we went to go pick it up did not realize it until we got homethat they gave us a pineapple ham and a pepperoni mushroom. I am allergic to two pineapple and my son is special needs and very picky on his food and only likes cheese pizza. I called him up and they were very apologetic and very helpful especially being at the last minute of the day before they close. They made me and my family, a fresh cheese and a fresh pepperoni. Very grateful for everything they did. That staff there was amazing.

This place is a little hidden. They do deliver but not in my area. I went here and picked up my order. Very tight parking lot and small retail location also. The food was good. Pizza is average. The bread sticks were good. The Pepperoni rolls were the best of the 3. The cannoli was soft but still had good flavor.

Parking: Only a few spots to park and getting in and out is a tight fit for a large vehicle.

While the food was good the service was lackluster. I placed an online order and the store was out of my topping choice. Rather than call me and let me know so I could potentially cancel my order, the store went ahead and made a cheese pizza and then charged me again, less the missing topping and told me I'd be refunded for the first order. The associate at the front was pleasant so I'm not mad at anyone but I just wish I'd gotten a call instead of showing up and getting something I didn't really want.

We love Vocelli's . The workers are all polite and orders are always ready fast. Especially love them on the nights our grandsons have baseball games. We pick one up on the way and eat it at the field.

I ordered food for the Waldorf location and I haven’t received my food. Call the store 3 times, put on hold and hung up on. Correct my spelling but the lady’s name was LOVEY SALICK. VERY RUDE AND NO CONSIDERATION to my issue. On top of that I was told there’s nothing I can do about it, her exact words. Asked everyone in my workplace, no one received anything. I also played with a card. Who’s signature was received because it wasn’t mine.

My salad was nasty when I taste it and I called for them to fix it. I was told that the Manager made it I couldn't get a refund or anything done. Customer service was not great the Manager Refused to help a customer.
