Wow, what a great experience at the Westminster location. Food was delicious and the portions were excellent, especially for the modest price. The service was so friendly (even our robot server had a great personality ?)The atmosphere and architecture were well thought out by ownership.We will definitely be back!
I worked for a Japanese Company when I graduated college. SEIKO. I have not had this of good Japanese food since the moms and wives cooked for me. It was amazing .
We had a party of 12 that we reserved ahead. We were seated right away which was lovely. Seating was a little tight in the small room we were placed in but decor is rad. The server was slightly rude and she seemed a little overwhelmed. They also do not sell alcohol yet (coming soon) so, No Soju ? That aside this restaurant had amazing sushi and exceptional dessert ? would recommend.

The service is fantastic. The entire restaurant is incredibly clean, which I appreciate so much. Even the bathroom was meticulously clean. We were with a pretty large group, and everyone was happy with their meals. Some people had made request to add or take things off of their order, and everything came out exactly as they had ordered it.Vegetarian options: I was surprised by the number of vegetarian selections here.
Came in on a humbug; was greeted by the atmosphere and decor. Akita gives a modern traditional vibe with a great open and airy feel. My waiter was very pleasant and assisted me on making some great choices.Food: food was very flavorful and done nice; ramen is top notch for not being a dim sum. I love Japanese ramen noodles. The soup is so tasty especially in winter. I just got their vip card. Get $2 off each bowl of ramen noodle. Will bring my family next time. Luckily find a ramen noodle restaurant near my house .

As soon as I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the decor. I absolutely love the atmosphere and design. This is a great spot for dinner with friends, family, or a date night. The ramen is delicious and looks beautiful. I also tried a sushi roll and the cream croquette appetizer, and it was all delicious.
