I Am a door Dasher, so I know the insides of restaurants And i'm a foodie... I ordered six Buffalo wings flats only extra crispy. Hampstead, when I ordered over the phone I was told it was 10 minutes. It took me 15 minutes to get there. I waited a good 20 minutes standing in person when my Wings finally came. Which I was told they just came out. I expected them to be piping hot. They were not, they weren't hot at all. They weren't crispy Buffalo sauce is a bright orange color this Buffalo sauce was a Brown red, very disappointed, won't order wings from here again.

Came in for a dinner with friends. Service was slow slow slow. Every time I come here anymore the service confidently stinks. Good times take forever too. Dinner takes 3 hours here. Food was pretty standard. Nothing really too crazy.

You know BWW…this location is in alignment with the good food and atmosphere that you go there for. The serious problem is with service. Either the manager was not on duty last Friday evening (Oct. 17, 2025) or they simply don’t care. We waited to be greeted for almost 5 mins, and when we were, it was unfriendly encounter. Then the wait for a waitress was an unbelievably long 16 mins! When a server finally arrived she was cheerful and apologized but it was 7 mins for a Pepsi and ice tea to arrive, and 11 mins for my beer to arrive. When the food orders were taken the wait for arrival was reasonable. As I surveyed the restaurant (we sat in booth 88) I could see the kitchen entrance and repeatedly saw servers bunched up and chatting and not taking food out, just socializing. Something is not running right at this location. With the 18% tip the bill for the three of us was $115, the overall experience was not worth it.

This place is disgusting. It is my second time coming in here with my client picking up his food. I watched how the workers in the take out handle the food it is unsanitary. They do not were hair nets or gloves. I watched as food dropped on the counter and they picked it up and threw it in the container then proceeded to play in there hair and went back to handling the food. I also observe the worker talking over customers food.
Best food!!!! Definitely not a place for the light hearted we get loud on games.lol its a place to go to watch TV basically nd eat

Meh food. Bad service, bad attitude. And they actually close 30mins before they post when they do online due to “policy” both food and drink actually close 30 mins before. Just adjust your hours to actually show when you are open that is fake hours

We have been to this location so many times and honestly have no idea why we keep going back. Every time we go for take out, they manage to mess up our order or the wings taste old. But tonight was the absolute final straw.
For once our order was correct. We got wings, dip, and wedges. The wedges and dip were great, but when we bit into our wings- it was nothing but cleaner. Our wings straight up tasted like bleach. All 3 flavors.
When we called, the manger said “we cleaned our fryers and are actually cleaning them again right now.” We got a refund which we obviously appreciate, but the money wasn’t the problem. Thats so dangerous to serve food that has chemicals in it. Those fryers should have been tested or double checked before food was sent out. That could make people very sick. We will not be returning after they have proved they do not care about the safety or quality of the food, yet again.
