I used to love Domino's but they went to a 2 or 3 dollar delivery charge then to 4 now to 5. I will never get my pizza delivered less than a half a mile away just to have to pay $5 plus a tip to the driver screw this company they make enough money. Buying my own pizza oven.

Driver couldn't break a $50 unless I gave him a tip.. you'd think if your a delivery driver the store would give you enough cash to split all bigger bills ... Luckily he was able to!! . Just don't like the idea of forced tipping .. not everyone uses cards to pay !!. Domino's Pizza people don't like forced tipping !! . Fix this .

This location use to be our spot but as of lately it’s been down hill. I will say the customer service has always been great! Never any complaints on the employees but the food….Every time we order the pasta is has next to no sauce. Pizzas can be a hit or

My delivery driver delivered a $50 order to the wrong address. How hard is it to simply read numbers? Not just to the wrong apartment, but to the wrong BUILDING. First time and last time, will NEVER order from this Dominos again. The woman on the phone was very nice though. But I can’t risk having another idiot driver do something so STUPID.

Service great as usual. Food tasted ok. I had shrimp, odd they don't have cocktail sauce. The newer lower priced lunch offerings are a nice addition to the menu.

Fantastic Domino's location! Kind employees, great deals, and delicious pizza! They even have a great gluten free option, and it's probably the best gluten free pizza offered by any chain.Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free pizza!

If you're looking to get a normal ""thin crust"" pizza, confirm with them or else you get one of those ridiculous ""cracker crust"' pizzas Domino's created to up the profit while minimizing ingredients. It's made like a thin crepe, less than 1/8" and stiff as a....cracker with spritzed-on tomato fluid. IT NOT A REAL PIZZA!! THEN, CAREFULLY INSPECT YOUR PIZZA WHEN PICKING UP OR ACCEPTING DELIVERY FOR UNWANTED DEBRIS. Mine had a 2"x1" tear of piece of perferated tape or paper baked in with the topping. Kinda blended in visually. Either that happened at the store or was there if these cracker pizzas are premade elsewhere. I kept the paper in case anyone there cares. I'm going back to Papa John's. Purchased from the Westminster Rt 140 location 10/27/23.

Every time I order from here, I always ask for no garlic on the cheesy bread or the pizza. They sometimes get that right, but usually it comes with garlic anyway. I see they put the NO GARLIC sticker on the box sometimes and that’s usually when it’s right. So I feel like the reason they keep getting it wrong is out of pure laziness. Today I tried my best to explain the directions to the lady on the phone of where I was located. I live in a tricky area and I know that. Then, I get a call that he’s here and I go outside right away and can’t find the delivery guy. I call the store in hopes they can get a hold of him because I tried calling his number back and it didn’t work. He then calls me back while i’m on hold and gets an attitude with me because “they don’t know the buildings.” I told him I told the lady on the phone further instructions and he still seemed upset with me. I was trying to be as nice as possible because I knew he was frustrated, so I offered and walked to him instead. When getting there, I was greeted with a terrible attitude even after I APOLOGIZED. I also had already tipped over 20% through card. He continued to say him and the girl on the phone weren’t from there and that none of the employees are from here and that me and my friend standing next to me were. I then said we weren’t from there and understood it was difficult and he completely ignored that. Again, he was coming off like it was our fault even though I explained in detail of where to go and he told me that the girl I spoke to didn’t write any of it down for him. As I was walking back, I opened the pizza and cheesy bread, and the cheesy bread had garlic on it and didn’t come with marinara sauce. From someone who’s worked in customer service before, the worker had a terrible attitude towards us and used cuss words a few times both over the phone and in person. This store has continuously made our food wrong, but today the communication and customer service was TERRIBLE.
