I’ve been going here all my life with good service, however, tonight I went with my family for my birthday and everything was great until we paid at the kiosk. We had a tip prepared in cash but hung out at the table to chat for a little longer. The servers waited around our table watching us thinking that we tipped 0 from the kiosk payment. They made us super uncomfortable by making us sign a receipt for no reason just to hint at us assuming that we didn’t tip. They interrupted...
We order from the to-go counter at Olive Garden in Westminster, MD almost weekly. I cannot say enough about the excellent service we receive from Monica S. every time we order. She deserves many kudos for the prompt service and superior positive attitude when we see her:) Thanks Monica!!!:)
