There dipping sauce is disgusting. They should at least carry a variety like common barbecue I won't be back just because of it. Chicken was good though

I love raising canes, but almost everytime I order here now at least 1 of my chicken fingers feels like I'm chewing on a piece of rubber, those pieces are inedible. I only go rarely now because of this, and I hope they figure out how to fix the problem because I never get this issue at other chicken places. $13+ for a box meal, and regularly 25% of my chicken can't be eaten?

Edit: Have been there twice since my review. The first time was fine, no rubber chicken. However the 2nd visit I again got a nasty rubber finger. Don't think I'll be back for a few months, hopefully it's fixed by the time I decide to go here again.

Do not got expecting to get anything other than chicken tenders, alone or as a sandwich. Sides are cole slaw, fries and texas toast and Cane's sauce for dipping your tenders.
Tenders are juicy and hot & decent sized, texas toast is good, didn't try the slaw. If you like tenders, it is a good place. Isn't cheap. We can actually get a nice sandwich for about same price. The only reason we went is my son is home from college and was craving the sauce & tenders.

It seemed a little slow going around the drive through. It didn’t seem that busy. Maybe it’s not like this all the time this was my first experience. I didn’t like the fact they only have fried chicken. Because of that, I didn’t eat any of the chicken myself, but those that did really enjoy it. I would recommend it if you could eat fried food and give it a try.

Nasty food. Chicken tastes like frozen microwaved chicken tenders. Literally worst chicken I've ever tasted.

I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window a young employee by the name of Paulino asked how I was doing today. I told him that I had been out of work for a little bit but I start my new job on Wednesday. Him and a young lady by the name of Isa wished me good luck on my new job and they were very friendly. Customer service goes a long way with me! Thank you for making me smile.
