The wait times are always wayyyyy to long...an hour to wait for a coffee and a muffin with the last thing I am waiting for is a muffin that just needs heated up?? Plus when they don't call out the food how do you even know if it is ready? I think Management needs to try and better staff busy times.....I have worked in similar business and it always helps to have extra hands working at peak hours.
If not for Xavier this morning, I would give this place 2 stars. I love the people, they’re awesome. But recently I’m waiting over an hour for mobile orders. I really think they need a larger place or 2 in Westminster. If you go in the drive thru with a mobile they’ll ask you to come in to pick it up, and you have to wait anyway?? Best Starbucks I've been to. My drinks are always made exactly to order, my mobile orders are ready when I pick them up, very nice and friendly staff! So delicious I have to stop myself from drinking this in 10 minutes haha
