Why do I have to wait 30 minutes for heated banana bread...this has happened more than once and it's not even that busy, not going here for a while.

I was so excited when this location opened close to me. I've given it a try five times (I really want it to be good!) and all five times my mobile order wasn't ready until at least 10 minutes past the estimated time. I even ordered earlier the last time to make sure and it was 15 minutes past the estimated time when it was finally ready. Then when I got it my coffee was iced instead of hot. The second time I ordered they gave us the wrong baked good even though it was marked with the correct one. There seem to be plenty of workers so I don't really understand. I've been going to Starbucks for years and I know they can make mistakes but this has been consistently inefficient and disorganized. The workers are very friendly, it's just the service that has been pretty awful.I hope it improves because I'm very disappointed.

I was excited when this new Starbucks opened. The first time I went in to order (and my order was simple) Pumpkin Spice Frappe. Soy milk and no whipped cream. I’m glad I was watching the barista make my beverage. First she added whole milk and realized she made a mistake. She dumped it and did not rinse the blender to remove the remaining dairy. Made the drink again correctly but added whipped cream. Then proceeded to walk around the corner near the drive thru and scrape off the whipped cream. I said nope and thankfully the manager stepped in and made my drink. I was appreciative that the manager gave me a $4.00 gift card. Next visit my sister and I went in and ordered two very simple iced chia teas. Soy milk. It took 22 minutes to receive our drinks. There were 3 tables occupied who had already gotten their order. 4 other customers and a group of 4 ladies. The baristas were so focused on serving the drive thru customers that the in store customers were out of luck. 22 minutes is a ridiculous amount of time to wait when the store wasn’t very crowded. I will not return to this location.

Waited almost 30 minutes for my drink while the store was completely empty. They were more concerned about the drive-thru and continued to focus on those orders only. I didn't even get a "hi" or "I will be right with you" from anyone until well into my wait from walking in, and had to awkwardly stand at the counter even with making eye contact without a peep from anyone. It was not until I was putting my phone away and about to turn around and leave was I even acknowledged, but still had to wait even longer for my order to be taken as I was continuously ignored again, and they kept taking orders from people pulling up in drive-thru. Customer service should include all customers (there were at least 5 staff behind the counter, so being short was not the problem.) This will be the last time I visit this location, and I cannot reccomend it as an option for others.

My daughter Has been talking about getting the fall menu cakepop for weeks last Time we came they were all out and came again today they were all out my other two daughters Has been Sitting there for 20 mins and Still hasn't gotten it yet will NOT BE COMING HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!

Went into this new Starbucks to check out the old renovated bank instead of going thru drive-thru. Looks great! Waited, and waited for someone to greet me and take my order. Everyone busy! Finally ordered. All I wanted was a hot cup of decaf. Sorry, don't have any decaf brewed, how about an Americano? OK. (Costs more money). No, I just want a cup of decaf. I'll make you a pour over. OK! (Sounds fast).
Wait, wait....wait...coffee comes, filled to rim, dark and luke warm. Can I get this warmed up, just pour some out and add a bit of steamed milk. No, I will brew another pot! Oh no, have to wait some more! While brewing, manager comes over and hands me a gift card for next time. A nice gesture, but will I come back? All I wanted was a hot cup of decaf coffee, with cream and sugar...should it take 15 min? I think too much attention is being paid to the drive-thru and on-line app orders and those who park their cars and walk in for coffee are neglected! Why spend all that money renovating a building for people to come into, just to have them be put to the back of the que and wait??
P.S. There was a guy behind me that waited just as long to get his coffee, he didn't get a gift card!
Sorry Starbucks, I might just go to the Panera next door, next time!

My god daughters Coffee was made totally wrong this morning. Order ahead for pickup)because she is at work I picked it up for her. Paid extra for caramel and oat milk(not put in). She requested a refund because she can't even drink it, it is black coffee with cold foam. They won't refund her because she can't go over there while she is at work....this is not the first time her coffee was made wrong...but at least it was drinkable. I know her work goes there quite often... Guess they will have to start Panera again since this Starbucks does not have great customer service and can't get orders right
