Drink was real good, dude at the register this Friday morning has the best attitude and vibe. He embodies a model Starbucks employee experience. He should be in charge of all training. When i go back, I'll have to get his name.

This store seems to always be shorthanded. Today, however, they're not, but they still managed to forget my drink. When I asked about it, the barista was rude, and my cup was only half filled, with barely any whipped cream. I recommend the store inside the Safeway, this one at Westminster Crossing is not that great.

Can you please stop wasting our time on daily basis. Never gonna order my drink here after today since I had to wait more than 15 minutes just for a drink and a snack on my way to work. And on top of it food gets ready way before my drink is making my food cold.

I keep telling myself that they will improve on waiting time when you’re doing drive-through Unfortunately, has been more than four times now that they take forever to make a simple coffee or latte doesn’t matter the time that you pass by busy or not they take forever…. More the 10-15 minutes!!!

I use the drive through, so I've never been inside. Im so appreciative that they make a drink the way you ask. I cant have sugar so im glad there's SF options. Service is always friendly
Starbucks as always is pricey for what it is but it's convenient 🤷 this is a great location though, they always make my iced soy espresso well and are very nice!
