This place is gross. Seems run down and not well maintained. Benches falling apart, broken chairs, machines not working, bathrooms out of order.

The frozen yogurt was very good. The atmosphere was cute for kids. It looked like only two flavors were out, so the selection was good.

Now the negatives and why I gave only three stars. The person behind the counter just stood there. When the floor needs to be swept (lots of kids, they like to pick stuff up) and the tables are dirty, maybe step away from the counter and clean something. When we paid, the girl at the counter was friendly, so no service issues.

My main issue is after we paid I had to find a clean table and then the whole time I was there she just stood at the counter, staring blankly in space. Also, she looked 15 and seemed to be alone. I blame this on store management, not the lone employee who obviously has not been trained in properly.

This was my first time ever at a Sweet Frog, so nothing to compare it to. The men's room was out of order so no bathroom comment this visit. Sorry, no photos this visit. I will try them again another time and edit if needed.

Hours say 12:00 on Sunday's. 12:30 and store is still dark and not open.

Always great flavors and toppings

Decent but for$30 that's including a 20%tip for 2 cups of yogurt is absurd. Will be the last time

Go inside...machines not running, no one at the counter...and sign on building light out. Guess the don't want business?!?

The Westminster, MD location is awful. They’re literally out of everything every time we go.

First of all it smells awful(mold/mildew) and it hits you in the face when you open the door. Only one person in the front, not very friendly, and the place just looks dirty. The automatic tip screen before we pay shouldn't be a thing. We serve ourselves, who exactly are we tipping?

Love stoping here for a nice treat! They have a cute little kids table and plenty of seating inside and even a table outside! Very delicious!

Kid-friendliness: Very cute kids table and area!

The tables are always dirty. Even though you have to serve yourself, they ask for a tip at checkout when paying by credit card and it defaults to 18%. I wonder how many people are paying that and not even noticing. However, the flavors are good.

Sweet frog standard choices. My ten year old said “They didn’t have good customer service” . My family has never spoken about the experience good or bad and the child still remembers the poor customer service over a week later. It says a lot when a kid thinks about that more than the yummy ice cream.

Seems nice but often not attractive as a sweets and ice cream parlor type setting
