Dirty place to be serving food. Employees on their phones. Will not be back till it's cleaned up. You pay premium to eat there and are in bad surroundings. Even the entrance doors were filthy.

Absolutely filthy. Toppings and ice cream everywhere, overflowing trash, sticky floors, dirty bathrooms. This place needs a thorough cleaning.

This place was great. The yogurt was yummy and plenty of toppings. And they were playing kpop! So fun to eat yummy treats and vibe on Got7 at the same time!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE GIFT CARDS!!! I purchased three $10 gift cards on 3/12/2023. Alyssa seemed surprised I wanted a receipt. When I got in my car and checked the receipt, it was for $8.95 and was not my purchase. I went back in and Alyssa phoned the Manager, Gladys. Alyssa still could not figure out how to print a receipt and asked me to come back at 7 p.m. when Gladys would be there. When I got home, I checked the value of the cards and all three gift cards had a ZERO balance. I shared my credit card statement which Gladysbut she still would not accept it as the charge was in "pending" status. I was told by Gladys to come back if the $30 charge went through. I went to the Westminster Sweet Frog today (3/17/2023) with my statement that showed the $30 charge went through. She called the owner and put me on the phone with him. He still refused to resolve this matter. I paid $30 and have nothing to show for it. MAKE SURE TO LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT AS THE STAFF ARE INCOMPETENT!! Poor customer service. Buyer beware.

We stopped by this location today for some frozen yogurt. When we entered the store the employees were on their phones and it smelled very strongly of Lysol. Another customer came in and piece of plastic fell in her cup. Overall it wasn't a good experience.

Funny how the don’t show you the scale like the Hanover location. After paying for my treat I thought to my self man that’s kind of high. I always get the same thing/amount. When I went back in immediately and asked why it was so much. She said because you got the medium one. I told her there is no way that there is 20 ounces in this bowl. I sat it back on the scale and looked over at the weight myself and it was only 12 ounces. She wouldn’t do anything….She also asked me why I had a bandage on my neck. I get Curiosity but you should say may I ask not just, why do you have a bandage on your neck. Very unprofessional and I will not be back.

We’ve tried a few times now and whenever we go, the toppings aren’t refilled and the handles are sticky. Hardly ever have napkins out. Tonight there were two worked sitting on the counter both on their phones while half of the toppings were empty or hardly had any in the bucket. For the price you pay, we expect better service and product. We won’t be back

Neat place. Good frozen yogurt and also non-dairy options. Delicious flavor options and combos, and you get to dress it up with all the toppings you wish from the toppings bar. Another perk is that as far as dessert and treat options go, this is a marginally healthier option (they even offer fresh fruits and various nuts etc to top it all off with).Good food. Good peeps. GOOD Mission.
