Worst parking ever. I think they switched managers. There used to be a tall Latino guy who had things in control now theres no control in there. I was ready to sit in peace to eat my breakfast and people tried selling things to me. Then there were three people who were high or drugged with their heads on the table just napping. They hadnt purchased anything. My bagel took forever to make. I wanted to run out of there. Awful atmosphere and not one worker told those solicitors to leave or those people who were napping to leave. Never coming here again

Stopped by to try the new Banana Chocolate Chip Bread on their National Banana Bread Day. It turned out to be a prepackaged slice of bread that cannot be reheated. After checkin on Yelp, it offers a free donut for purchasing a medium or large coffee. However, when I showed that free donut offer to the counter, the staff said it cannot be used, and insisted that I have to show a QR code. After more than a minute of looking up on Yelp app, no code can be found. After accidentally clicked on Mark as Used button, the free donut offer was gone! Wasted my time and frustrated! Why do they offer any offer that that cannot honor? There were many dirty spots throughout the store. The restroom lock was loosened.

This location would be great if it wasn't always littered with loiters and homeless people begging for money.Other than that mess, the employees here are super friendly.

I ordered 30 minutes ahead of time. I wanted a dozen donuts and a box of Joe. When I arrived at the restaurant, they said they only had 4 choices of donuts (which turned out to be very stale), and the coffee was not ready. I like DD, but this location has disgusting food, a small selection, and slow service.

First impressions:I felt like I was assumed to be homeless or some such. Details omitted because I'm not interested in putting anyone on blast. Once we got past some awkwardness and confusion on my part, I had a positive experience. The coffee was good, the place was clean enough. Will I be back? I wasn't impressed but yeah, maybe things will be better next time.

Every time I come to this location I order the same ice coffee but they keep getting it wrong and the workers always have an attitude. Homeless people are always around as well.

I work in the area, so I come here almost everyday, sometimes twice per day. I'm wanting to understand... does this location charge for cups of water, do they charge for cups of ice, and do they charge for ice water. If so, how much?

Lets start saying that this is the worst parking lot in the history of parking lots. Have now witnessed multiple wrecks in this parking lot because of the piss poor infrastructure. However, I use to stop in this Dunkin many times with family, and never had to much of an issue. Not until as of recent when i stopped in the other day. I stopped In because Dunkin was running a promotion for a free iced coffee on Mondays in September. I go in ask the lady politely about this promotion. She looked at me like I had no idea what I was talking about, so she went and grabbed the manager. How is that you don’t know what your own company is advertising? The manager walks out and says the promotion is people who have the Dunkin Donuts app (as I literally have app on my phone pulled up right in front of him). He seems pretty pissed he starts to ring up my order and I go ahead and put my phone away because I thought it was all good. but then he raised his voice at me and says “I NEED TO SCAN YOUR APP SIR , THATS NOT HOW THIS WORKS SIR.” Like okay really thats how you talk to a customers that always comes to your store? I grabbed my coffee and proceeded to never return there again. Just do yourself a favor and drive an extra 5 minutes to the location on university blvd.

It was smoking hot. I got out car, stood in line to hear "no coolatas" Very disappointing. A sign on front door would have been helpful.#first time visitor
