I come to this Dunkin every Sunday and get the exact same excellent service. Yohanna is one of my many favorites there. Everyone is very polite and attentive.

Dunkin' seems to have a friendly staff, but some customers have had uncomfortable experiences with loiters and homeless individuals. The coffee is good, and the place is clean. Some customers question the policy on charging for cups of water, ice, and ice water. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick coffee fix, despite some minor issues.
