Based on customer reviews, Cold Stone Creamery is a great location with excellent employees and a better atmosphere than other area locations, offering additional flavors. The ice cream is very solid and compact, folded and manipulated into the chosen container size, which can result in a much larger portion than expected. For example, a large hand-held bowl in an edible waffle bowl felt like a pound of ice cream, leading to waste. The ice cream itself is delicious, and the staff does a good job mixing and incorporating a plethora of toppings. The Mix & Go Create Your Own Creation™ is a highlight, with one customer enjoying a "Mine" pint-sized treat that fulfilled a craving for an old-fashioned banana split. However, there are some issues. An ice cream cake did not match the website description, as the rectangle cake had only one layer of cake and one layer of ice cream instead of the expected two layers of cake, and a mid-layer sauce was not included. Customer service could be better, as staff sometimes seem exhausted. Despite these points, it gets busy on weekends and holidays but has enough staff to support the surge.
