Called to inquire about accommodating a dairy allergy. Answer was immediately “no, we only have skim milk”.
Seems the staff needs to be educated on food allergies. I’ve been to other locations before and staff begrudgingly admitted they could accommodate, but this one is a straight no.
Sad, we loved Double T but can’t go if my son can’t eat.
So myself and a friend had went here yesterday and it was not my first time here but was my friends first time there and this place really disappointed him as it was his first time there and myself got disappointed for the first time ever but will be the last time because I liked this place and suggested we go! My son Aaron is on the extreme end of the spectrum and Kiwi is his service dog. This morning, Aaron wanted to go to breakfast which he never asks to do. Sarah Renae and I go to Double T Diner White Marsh for lunch periodically. I called to see how busy they were and if they had booths available. We got a booth in the back (near that giant TV) our waiter was amazing so was the hostess.
