Went thru the drive thru with my daughter where there always something wrong with your order. Do they do it on purpose or just that inattentive to what they are doing. Always something missing like straws untensils napkins sauces or food. Fast food getting too expensive for workers to be so inconsiderate

When I arrived, my order was confirmed on my phone, but not in the system at the store.
The manager was made aware that the order was stuck in their system and she immediately checked my phone, corrected the problem and started preparing my order all while two or three employees were in need of her attention.
And the entire time she did it with a pleasant attitude.
