so I went to Chipotle in Auburn Maine today to get three burrito bowls, All three bowls were for my kids, And all three were exactly the same just chicken, beans, rice, cheese and then sour cream on the side. First they were out of cheese, So now I'm paying like 12 a bowl for literal Chicken, rice and beans, With a dollop of sour cream on the side.... RUN! This place is downright FILTHY and you can't order food there. You're supposed to download an app if you want food. No thanks. But I wouldn't eat there anyway because it is so disgusting and filthy out front, imagine what the kitchen looks like. Do yourself a favor and go next door to Firehouse Subs where it is clean, they are nice, and you can place a normal order. You're welcome, you just avoided disaster!
If I could give a 0 I would! This place is absolutely unprofessional. I ordered TWICE in the same night because I assumed they just accidentally messed up my first order. NOPE! Drove 15 minutes home then drove 15 minutes back to pick up second order and was treated absolutely horrendously by staff because they were out of a bunch of stuff and just substitute without telling you.
