As much as I love Jersey Mike’s- this place is an insult to the corporation.
The drama from the high school kids with their crap attitudes is sub par.
Complaining in front of consumers that you want to go home, that “I have to make another sandwich” is ridiculous! The language used is an embarrassment!

Went there for lunch today. Walked in there was maybe 3 people in front of us no big deal. We order one cold sub and one cheese steak. Then the one kid at the counter says whoever knows how to cook the grill isn’t there. Great start. Well there’s 7 kids there working no adults. Waited for 30 minutes for a steak sub. Never again. Placed an online order with an expected ready time of 4:26pm. 10 minutes or so beyond that and our sandwiches were still not ready. Asked a woman who I believe is a shift leader who grumpily replied “it’s cooking.” There was absolutely nothing on the grill at that time and the employee manning the grill was chatting with a friend of his who just walked in asking him what he wants to eat. We finally got our order at 4:45 with no apology or explanation for the delay.
