I love Aroma Joe's! Great coffee. The one inside big apple makes the best drinks. I know that the majority of time I go there my coffee will come out good. Friendly workers and they contribute to the good atmosphere.
Only place where I can get a decent iced latte with light ice where I am NOT told that the machine is preset to give me one sip = paying for a cup full of ice. Super impressed. Great taste too. The cup has a sip lid so I can decline a straw. Love it! My daughter and hubby love the frozen hot chocolates with whipped topping and sprinkles.

The staff are attentive and do a good job. One girl asked me exactly what I wanted cause she was worried about the drink going bad. So she made me a raspberry type flavor iced coffee which was good. One young girl asked me if I wanted to tip and how much. Not sure if this is your protocal but it made me uncomfortable. I did tip 3$ and my iced coffee cost me over 7$. That's not affordable for me.
