Literally, the worst dunkin location I've been to. Place an order online(12min away, knowing the location is trash) get here to be asked to hang on a minute(roughly 3min) and then sit in line behind someone else who has clearly been waiting too long for their order also. The level of incompetence is wild.
We ordered inside with one car in the drive thru and one person ahead of us inside. Waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches and there was one employee who just sat there instead of helping the rest with the orders and she was rude as hell
I ordered a mocha coffee and they gave me a coconut coffee and I’m Allergic to coconut, very upset
