This location is terrible. Their driveway is full of pot wholes that are never filled. Every single time I go for a Latte, they are always using the excuse that the machine isn’t working. I would think Dunkin had enough money to get a new machine or at least have it fixed, you are a coffee place

Worst Dunkin iv ever been to. I’ve been numerous times in hopes hey could I better and had the most awful experience this last time. Waited five minutes at the speaker only to find the worker hanging out the window talking to someone in their car. He only started making my order once I got there, which was 10+ minutes after I ordered. Then I heard teenagers inside screaming random things and giggling, then heard one start screaming help me while I saw the employee laughing. And then to top it all off, once again my coffee was wrong.

I’m just glad that their are still places for those who are less able to work and make a living. Y’all are doing great for the education required. Keep it up over there on Gaywalk. And remember, no small object in your mouths!! There are people relying on your disability checks.

Is anyone running this business? How lazy do you have to be to let your business run out of milk AND cream? It’s a freaking coffee shop. And in what should be a rare moment where you run out, you’re sharing a building with a gas station that sells milk! They literally have gallons of milk 20 feet away. Whoever manages this place should honestly be so embarrassed.

This Dunkin is in a great location and does get real busy at times, especially mornings. They should try and schedule the A-team for the morning shifts instead of the bench warmers (i know you have to make do with who you have on staff). They're usually friendly but need some more practice so the wait isn't 10+ minutes and I understand that the focus is usually on the drive thru but if someone actually takes the time to get out of their car and go inside, which is rare, make them a priority. Not being negative just realistic.

After battling the pothole riddled drive through I got to the menu board to find out I could not get a frozen coffee. I have tried this location about 8 times in the past year. Drive thru has never been fixed and probably only got 2 frozen coffee. Out of 8 attempts that's not a good ratio
Today (3/15/24) I tried the new Empanada. I liked the flaky crust and the egg was nice, but there was not enough sausage to even get a taste of it. I won't be ordering it again until I hear that they have added a lot more sausage.

Coffee at this location is always grotesquely burned like it's been sitting on the burner for hours. How Dunkin became this terrible is beyond me. It's a cup of coffee. How complicated is that? It's not like you're giving it away for free. I'm done giving this place chances. It's really too bad because it's the last Dunkin before the highway.
