Today, my wife and I purchased a platter of large chicken fingers from Eastern Delight in Augusta, ME. A half inch by half inch hard plastic piece was found in the first chicken finger I ate. I promptly returned the rest of the chicken fingers to the restaurant. They prepared me a new order but after learning that it was likely a piece of a broken tote I was not going to risk my kids or friends having a piece of plastic in their food. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced, specially coming from the “assistant manager”. Absolutely rude and disrespectful while taking an order over the phone. Have been a longtime customer, but will not be returning after tonight.
