Ordered 4 hours early online and still waited 23 minutes past the time I set for pick up.. food was decent but why bother ordering ahead if they aren't gonna have it ready.. how many hours notice do they need to have it ready? I don't know how to plan for random..

I hate writing reviews like this, but my experience was horrible. The food looked like it was not cooked, the floor was disgustingly dirty, and the staff were so rude. Like be better. I used to LOVE KFC, but will never be going there again. That was the worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. I hope they fix something because that was completely unacceptable. To anyone reading this, I would not recommend going here. FIX THE PLACE UP!!!!!!!!

Check your order and check every part of it because more than likely it is wrong and lukewarm at best. There aren’t many options so that why people go here but save your money as it’s pretty much throwing it away here.

Chicken was dry and old and i found what looked like a grub in one of the pieces. They forgot 2 items on my order. The coleslaw tasted like it was going bad, sour and tasted kinda rotten. Sure they offered to provide the items missed but I cant say I have any interest in eating anything from there ever again.

I visited the restaurant around 9:30p.m today, and I must say the customer service was excellent. The food was also outstanding—cooked to perfection, just like the service. This was the first time I’ve experienced the food prepared so well; in the past, it has sometimes appeared dry or overcooked. Today, however, everything was fresh and perfectly cooked. Whoever was working today did an exceptional job and should be recognized for their skills—perhaps even train the rest of the team to ensure this level of quality becomes the standard. My order included 8-piece nugget meal with mash potatoes Great job!

The waitress wasn't friendly at all. She seemed to have no interest at all in being there. The food was good. They didn't have any napkins at all in the building. Both bathrooms were out of napkins too. We asked about wet wipes and they didn't have any of them either. I'm not in a hurry to return there.

The chicken tenders were way over cooked, could not eat them... the rest of the meals were good, including rolls, coleslaw, chicken breast's & thighs.. but all waste of good money on the tenders, very disappointed 😞

This place is a joke. My order is never correct and it’s really not a hard order. I consistently have to have them remake it or just suffer the consequences. So I stopped going for awhile.
Tonight, we attempted to try again, hoping it would change. If anything, it’s worse.
The people are rude as hell. My husband ordered food on their app so it would be ready by the time he got there. They won’t refund the money and although they close at 12-1am then told my husband they weren’t making any food period originally, when my husband questioned it, the person just kept saying sorry even though they are remaining open. Why stay open if you’re going to deny everyone’s orders? Then changed his story and said “oh we can do Taco Bell” yet once again, the things ordered, we were told we couldn’t have with yet again, no explanation. Then STILL had to pay more money, with no refund. Again, why stay open if you’re going to refuse almost every option on the menu for BOTH KFC and Taco Bell? Why are we not allowed a refund?
I’m done wasting my time with this restaurant. Clearly poorly managed.

Went to lunch here and left my purse in dining room left driveway before I realized it.Called them they said it wasn't found.I went back to the store to see if it was found it wasn't I asked about cameras but they said Manager was on vacation, so couldn't see cameras.I called police and waited til they came went inside and worker standing by trash can said she found it in the trash then handed me some found she said was found in trash bag .But it wasn't all the money that was missing.Then she left out the back door.Sad that the employee steal from the customers,and I didn't enough get a apology from the restaurant.
My hubby went to this KFC the other day. We got the chicken bucket. I used to love KFC but changing my mind very much so. Seems like alot less meat for the buck, it is like you are paying for the chicken skin cause there has been little meat on the bone at most KFCs for a long time. Very sad. Used to be great! The chicken I bit into was very tough too, over cooked, the mac and cheese was alright and the taters with gravy as well. The coleslaw was good as well! Every time the hubby suggests or craves KFC I always try and sway him elsewhere...not worth the cost for the product you serve us anymore!!! I have to start cooking it again at home I guess...lol

The Taco Bell Beef Grilled Cheese Burrito is heavenly, the service is impeccable, and even though I kept getting dirty looks from the man in the booth ahead of me... I loved it here! ?

My hubby went to this KFC the other day. We got the chicken bucket. I used to love KFC but changing my mind very much so.
