I love Flo's steak and order it when I want to treat myself. Yesterday's steak was soon disappointing.. cooked like sawdust in the center. Presentation was sloppy. For the money i should have bought a steak and cooked it at home

Place is a joke, first off they had to ask if they could seat 7 people in a half empty restaurant. Then they put us in the back corner and we sat for almost 40 minutes with no waitress. Multiple people walked in after, were seated and served drinks and bread yet we still hadn’t even seen a waitress. Walked out after 45minutes. Call the manger to let him know how bad they suck and guy didn’t say a word. Place is full of incompetence especially the manager.

My boyfriend’s steak was overdone the first time then came out rare the second time, he asked for medium. My chicken tenders destroyed my stomach and caused awful diarrhea, I know because my boyfriend ate my leftovers and also got sick. Our server was nice, felt bad he was getting stuck between a rock and a hard place because we overheard his table also received an overdone steak. Costing your staff tips here too. Yall need to get it together and make sure your food is in quality for one and two being served right, won’t be going back to longhorn.

The place is very loud but that is to be expected because it is a family joint. The service is good but it can be hit or miss. Last visit the server constantly forgot things so we sat waiting for food that did not come when everyone else had their food and then we had to remind the server (they passed by our table multiple times, so we got the impression they forgot). The server also seemed less organized than many of the others. Ordered steak medium rare and it was unevenly cooked with some parts medium rare and others well done. Other people at the table also ordered steak and theirs was done properly, so some inconsistency with food requests. Otherwise, food is always delicious and portions are enormous, especially salad, which is one of my favorite dishes!

nothing like going out for dinner and spending $100. when you make your order and your salad and soup comes out after your meal shows up that makes me mad, and this is not the first time this happens . i asked to speak to the manager and Alan the manger came out he was not a very nice person at all rude disrespect me i just let him know what happen and he said there working on fixing it, i wanted to speak to him one more time before i left the waiter went to get him 4 times so Alan the manager was hiding in the kitchen the waiter said he dint want to come out and face the problems this longhorn was having. so i went into the kitchen to talk to him , and he turned into a real ass . he argued with me in front of customers eating there food. this manager should not be running this restaurant because longhorn lost me as a customer and everybody i know. its a shame because i went there 3 times a month for dinner. and everybody knows us there we were real good customer. I never hade and problems with the waters and waitresses. Ill just have to keep going to Texas Roadhouse for my steak.. I hope upper management talks to Alan so other customer don't leave Longhorn.

I waited over 30 minutes in my car for my order, and at the end, I had to go inside the restaurant to pick it up. Why would you offer curbside pickup if you won’t do it? Recommendation: If you're going to order curbside pickup at this restaurant, keep the tip to yourself because you'll have to go inside and serve yourself.

The atmosphere was great, the server was okay, she did interrupt dinner conversation a few times. The food was over cooked but I ate it anyway, I'm not one to complain about it.

20 empty tables and had to wait 25 minutes to sit down . Then no 9 oz filet no baked or mashed potato . Sunday at 4:30 in the afternoon. Really gone down hill. The food we get was ok.
