Ordered a pick up order and it was extremely late. The woman taking the orders out talked to all the other cars but mine even after waiting 20 minutes.

Worst chicken parm I've ever eaten or partially eaten. Fresh out of a box. My son referred to a hockey puck. I didn't complain as it was a holiday get together and I didn't want to spoil the mood. Next time we'll go elsewhere. It was awful.

It's a typical Olive Garden but the service is good, they're friendly, and if you ask nicely they will give you extra mints with your check!!

Server was pretty rude and snappy towards the end it got better still annoying .biggest complaint is the heat every time we come its hot this is saposed to be a somewhat fancy restaurant and it's uncomfortably hot very disappointing who wants to go out to eat and roast you guys should really do something about the heat

I had to update this review as this place has really gone downhill. My husband and I went there this week, and I didn't even bother complaining. I just decided I wouldn't go back because it's obvious that they don't care about the restaurants cleanliness nor the food anymore. The silverware was so dirty that I considered having my husband go get plastic silverware from the glove box but decided to use my glass of water to wash it. The place doesn't feel or appear clean. The table was nasty, and the food was subpar and not even hot. Wendy did provide adequate service.
