Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

OG hasn't changed much over the years. We don't eat here often. The Zuppa Tuscany soup is still the best thing on the menu by far. Not much more to say.

This Olive Garden was HORRIBLE! Our waiter was completely clueless. He struggled to complete any task. Very poor service. The food took a long time which I get places can be busy.... thank go we waited to use the restroom until we were leaving or I would not have eaten at this restaurant... the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, every surface of it was disgusting. OG corporate should really look into this place. Gross!

The food was good and our waitress was wonderful but the table, on the other hand, was absolutely horrendous. My wife and I don't like to complain, so we didn't ask to be moved, but we were literally dead center at the end of the busiest walkthrough about 10 ft from the kitchen door. That would have been acceptable if the place was full, but the place where maybe at 25% capacity

Can’t rate my experience fully because we waited a half hour only to be dropped from the call ahead list.After being told that they would text us when our table was ready only to be told that we were not on their list.

The prices of the food a comparable to most restaurants expensive The food actually this time was burnt and it tasted horrible usually we don't have a bad experience there The atmosphere is usually loud and over stimulating.

Have ordered here Twice in last 2 weeks, about 6 meals in all. The shrimp scampi skimpy with 5 small shrimp, tiny chopped pieces of tomato and asparagus...maybe a quarter cup each. The grilled salmon overdone. Dry and tasteless. Way too much broccoli, too little fish. Chicken fingers overcooked and dry...kids ignored them altogether. Will not eat here again. Have eaten at many other OGs and all we're delicious, juicy and plentiful.

The food is flash frozen and heated, almost zero is prepared in house. You can tell some things are microwaved too. They also leave food under a heat lamp for too long.

I went in 1hr before closing, usually don't do this. Staff was great, waitress was wonderful.
