I’ve been a sip club member for some time, but it’s time for a break until the service improves. Wait times have been 20-30 minutes for the last two visits, soup is watery, and don’t expect your food to be plated after 7, everything is in a takeout container. If I wanted soup in a paper cup, I can get that at Hannaford.

Every other time I have come to this Panera it has been great but this time was beyond disappointing. We ordered smoothies and for 15 minutes we watched all the workers peak around the corner and jump back when they realized we noticed them, there was at least 4 workers standing around just laughing and on their phones completely ignoring the orders when they came through. I finally had enough and said something to one of them and she said she was just the cook and told the only girl working we needed help when there were 3 other people standing right there, then continued to go back and continue there non work conversations. Along with that we ordered a bacon Mac and cheese and there was no bacon, we went back and said something and she grabbed a pinch of like 10 pieces of bacon put it on the top and said “that’s it”. I have never experienced such childishness and laziness inside a work place. Do better.

I had a half salad ( Greek). Very soggy. I are very little of it. I asked for a serving of their new chicken salad with crasins and nuts. Very good but a VERY small portion.

We’ve been regulars at this spot for a while now, but unfortunately, our most recent visit was a huge letdown. The servings were noticeably smaller than usual and slapped together, leaving us feeling like we didn’t get our usual value for money. On top of that, the service was subpar and slow while they played on their phones and talked amongst one another (which isn't an issue but when you have customers who are waiting it's off putting). My child got chips with her meal but they gave her an apple and both apples we received were soft and mushy making them inedible.

They give you a big bowl, but half full. The chili was soupy with no chunks of anything. Too expensive for the portion size. Now you have to order at a kiosk and not with a real person.

Food was excellent. The chili was perfect in a bread bowl and the Fr. Onion Soup was delicious. We were missing items from our order and Joe the manager took care of it right away. Thanks Joe..

Green goddess Cobb salad...green goddess dressing chunks, thick as molasses and spoiled, no avocado on salad that is standard, chicken looks appears like it was made by pressing small bits of chicken together to make a sickly little slice that falls apart upon touch, bacon bits pressed together in small ball about the size of a large grape...done with this...they're just fast food with what sound like good ingredients but their not, that if u even receive all the ingredients ur supposed to
Went to the Augusta location tonight and was very disappointed. Food is usually really good when they get it right. Ordered two half salads and two soups and what i recieved was a joke. The soups were just barely above half full and the half salad were like half of a half! Anyone who eats at panera knows they're not cheap, but to charge so much money for food and then not give whats paid for is ridiculous. So after I brought it up to the manager, he was very nice and said I'll remake it. Get home and my soup is exactly the same (not full) and both salads were missing one of the main ingredients...chicken haha completely unreal Panera...do better!!
