Like most other places these days, Mega silly expensive for what you get. Cashier too busy chatting with customer ahead about how busy their perspective work places were during the T-day holiday to get to the next person in line. And no! It wasnt just a couple of words. Was a significant conversation lol!
Consistently good food, not spectacular but good quality. I used to eat here a lot more frequently, but since both the flatbread pizza's and the charged drinks have disappeared I fin myself dining elsewhere usually. I know that it is for all Panera's and not just this location. Bring them back and I'll be a loyal customer again!
I am a regular at the Augusta Maine location. I usually go there a few times a week. The customer service there is fantastic and it's always a great experience. The manager Jarred is always there and always very pleasant and helpful. He goes out of his way to make sure each customer gets a 5 Star experience.
