Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Everything was perfect.

Usually we are happy as this place isnt as busy so we can get in and out. Took a few minutes to even be greeted at the door. Then longer then expected to take our order, not asked how everything was after a few bites so had to flag our server down, refill on fries was 12-15 minutes, freezing cold in there as well. People behind us had to flag down server via another server too. I understand short staff but dont seat people unless you can serve them.Not fair for the server, although she had 4 tables and food runners. 🤷‍♀️

They have latex balloons at the entrance. Nice touch, but that prevents anyone with a latex allergy from going in.
The food was good, but our waitress, who signed us up and showed us how to join their members ' club, didn't offer any more Broccoli or fries, we had to ask for them.

It's a affordable dining experience, with amazing staff. I've been going here since I was 8 years old. The menu has definitely changed since then but I still come back for the way I'm treated there. Cristy I believe was my last waitress and she was just a peach. Relatable great at explaining the menu and helpful in every area. She deserves a raise for sure!

My Granddaughters loved it. Waitress was attentive and brought their food promptly - & 1st!! I love when restaurant staff pay attention to the youngest people present - they have the shortest attention span but are the easiest to please. I would not eat here solo because this kinda food is not good for my waist. And yet I'll come back again and again because I live for these sweet little girls. And if they're screaming Red Robin - then Red Robin it is!!!

After 3 tries at giving us other people's food we finally got ours.
My wife got the wrong fries and everything was cold.
My fries also cold.
People that were seated after us were all getting their food.

Red Robin once again, was great!
The food was prepared and presented perfectly. Chris was awesome,too. Didn't have high hopes when we were told they were short handed. Thank you to all who pitched in. See you again. I hope.

I absolutely love the burgers and their freckled lemonade is my favorite of all time. I request Penny every time I go bcs she is a boss waitress and makes my visit so much better!
