Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

The floors were so greasy I almost slipped and fell walking to my table, and then I waited 12 minutes for two waters that never showed up, while people who were seated after me were already served. This is the second time and it will never happen again. Also, the manager who was busy standing out back texting on his phone should make sure patrons are actually being taken care of. Total fail.

If you want good food AND actual service walk across the parking lot to El Agave.

The waitress was very nice and catered to all our needs in a moment's notice. Food was amazing and the waitress reminded us that the fries were free refills.

Great food, but poor service.

This was my first time at Red Robin, and the food didn’t disappoint—it was hot, fresh, and really tasty. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. We didn’t get checked on once during the meal, so I never had a chance to try the “endless fries” they advertise.

What made it more frustrating was that the restaurant wasn’t even busy, so there didn’t seem to be a reason for the lack of attention. It was disappointing to have such a great meal but feel completely overlooked. Hoping for a better experience next time.

Blue ribbon burger was excellent, fries and fried pickles very good, but my onion straws where ice cold. I have trouble enjoying cold fried foods. guarantee onions where waiting for the burger to finish. Maybe a little more common sense in pre procedure would help

I love this place. The service is great, the food is delicious and FAST, and the restaurant is always clean. I did down vote the atmosphere a bit because this is the first time I felt like an old lady (I'm 41) because I just could NOT hear our waiter. It wasn't super crowded but I had to keep making the poor lad repeat himself because the background noise was so loud. Overall, I look forward to coming back the next time I venture to Augusta.

I have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant! The food was absolutely phenomenal and fresh, everything was brought out in a timely fashion so we were all able to eat at the same time! The waitress we had showed absolutely stellar service. Just so kind and quick to refill our drinks and not only that but she waited a bunch of other tables around us and they all had their food at the same time so absolutely wonderful service and food!

I love this place! I frequent often (Augusta ME here), but today was top notch! My husband and I went this evening for an impromptu dinner date to celebrate his new job, and everything was just *chefs kiss.* Two of the ladies even came over and chatted and were so sweet and funny and congratulatory, even though it seemed pretty steady. This place should hire more people like Amanda and Jen (or Jenny? I'm sorry, it was a whirlwind)!

Food was good. Took a while before someone came to the front to seat us, maybe a bit understaffed. Penny made the experience 5 stars; she was a very personable and attentive waitress, even though she was dealing with many tables.
