Such a nice experience here recently. When the drive through realized we were healthcare providers, they gave us encouraging words and provided our order free of charge. Even healthcare workers need to feel cared for every once in a while - thanks for the special moment 💕
They are the best. My drink was made wrong and they immediately corrected the error. Love Starbucks!! Never a dissatisfied!!
We used to come to this location, often, but this location has gone very downhill. Placed an online order, arrived and several of our drinks weren't available despite the Starbucks App saying they would be. Horrible customer service, the barista was rude and walked away while my husband was trying to get our order. The store is in deplorable condition- very dirty bathrooms and store included). A total mess, everything stained, clutter everywhere- very poorly run. Flies everywhere....read full review

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company offers friendly staff and prompt service for takeout orders, with helpful employees who prepare coffee drinks and menu items well. The barista Kam provides amazing customer service and makes customers smile. However, the indoor atmosphere is described as bleak and depressing, with questionable layout and lighting, and boxes in the seating area making it look messy. Some orders experience issues, such as a sandwich being ready before a drink and the filling half off the cold sandwich, or a clerk breaking a piece of lemon bread loaf instead of offering one that wasn't mangled. The drive thru Peppermint Christmas Drink is piping hot and delicious, but the line can be around the building and the price over 7.00 is considered unreasonable for a coffee. Overall, the service can be excellent, but food preparation and atmosphere have room for improvement.
