If I could give 0 stars I would. As an avid fan of the franchise Taco Bell, I would say I have a good idea what the common experience is at one. It started when a group of friends and I went to grab food and we grab the door handle at 10:40 and it was locked. The door said the lobby closed at 11. Confused but understanding we get into the car to go through the drive-thru, and the worker seemed to be disengaged taking our order. Then the person that ignored us at the door came to take our order and came to the window and gave us dirty looks. As the handed out the most watered down baja blast i’ve ever seen. Followed by telling us there were no nacho fries and no freezes at the location after we had already ordered. Then messed up our food multiple times. Extremely disappointed

They quite literally watered down my Baja blast and closed early, I would rather go to a Taco Bell located in the hostile part of Cuba than eat here again.

Ordered through drive through tonight older woman with tattoos who took order was so knowledgeable made it easy to decide and order bonus she was very nice. Excellent service, fast service, food taste amazing, short wait time. Now thats what you call fast food. Will be coming back this is the service I wish I got from other establishments they should take some notes from here. Thank you all who worked tonight 8/9 around 8:20 pm you guys had fantastic customer service skills 🌻🎉

I begged the lady to get off her phone and find my order. I know it's a greasy business but this place is just hands down dirty. Every. Single. Visit. Yet I love KFC. I usually plan to stop at the gas station to wash my hands because that's how dirty the restrooms usually are. Why does this store lack standards? Long term and consistently lacks standards of some basic cleaning.

Love this place, I would give 5 stars if they put more of a quantity in their quesadillas. They do make a bomb steak quesarito for me every time I go there..which has been discontinued, but has remained my favorite.
The KFC part is just as good, no complaints on anything I have ordered..But I am more of a 🌮 🌯 person!

I'm sitting waiting for a couple tacos pretty easy right I count at least 6 employees so not short staffed only 2 other people in lobby and it took 35 minutes to receive my to go order 🙄 far from acceptable!!

Today, Saturday-July 5, I had a great visit. The man at the register was a great help and the manager, (I think)was very nice and helpful! Food was the best it’s been in a while! chicken is my favorite food Kentucky Fried chicken is my favorite fast food place but they’ve been under cooking the chicken recently so I haven’t been buying it as often but today it was perfect

Been here be4 and was pretty good. Yesterday was not 1 of those times....dining area was not cleaned and was not that busy...the kid at the register takin our order did nit understand what we wanted and kept askin us...lol...we had to correct him. My chalupa shell was horribly overcooked...my taco had hardly anything inside it and I took a pic of that...lol...wth!!! Burrito, the chips n cheese were ok! The soda sucked as well!! My mans dinner had sour cream ..they didnt label which 1 was without like we asked...that was due to having sour cream on em...lol....wth!! Not impressed eating there after 4 pm at all....everytime a big let down...was really upsettin and disappointing!
