Poor customer service/rude. Ordered through Doordash. Coffee doesn't show under drinks. Called to see if they would throw in a coffee since it didn't show under drinks and they refused. Won't be going back.

Yesterday we went to Dennys to great the free Grand Slam breakfast from T Mobile. We brought the digital coupon up on our phones on arrival. We showed them to the host and he said no problem, I will take them off when you pay the check. We sat at our table we showed them again to our waitress. No problem she said. When we took our check to the cashier both our coupons were scanned. I was told I owed $7.76. When I inquired why I was paying more than just the taxes, I was told only one coupon could be used. This seems very deceptive to me when we asked about the coupons twice and were never given that response. And why scan both coupons as we checked out? I received no answer or apology.
We won’t be back even for a free breakfast.

What unprofessional, terrible service from the cook out back!!!!!! Myself and my family walked in and the cook yells “there’s only 1 cook, go somewhere else!” My husband and I looked at each other like did he seriously say that?! So we stood there for a few minutes and the nice gentleman in the front said I’m sorry we will be with you shortly. As I’m standing there with my husband and children the cook out back continues to complain (apparently because we weren’t leaving) which, btw it was NOT even that busy!!! And we are watching him throw plates up on the shelf in the window to be picked up and throwing slips around, and then some nice “kids” came in and asked if we were waiting and the guys out back rolls his eyes and throws his hands up while looking right at them!!! At that point we turned around to leave and he yells sarcastically “yeah have a great day!” So I in turn, turned around and yelled back at him that he “needed to learn some customer service skills” ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I actually feel so bad for all the other workers that have to work with him!!! I highly recommend NOT going to Dennys in Augusta Maine!
