i got the number 5, grilled chicken ranch wrap with no cheese, extra lettuce and extra ranch. thankfully they didnât put cheese on it and my food was yummy. 5/5
my grandmother on the other hand got raw meat, soggy bread. we asked for the meat to be fresh off the grill because who wants meat that has been sitting there for hours?
i didnât get my potato either because of how long they were sitting there.
now i love wendyâs, i used to work at a wendyâs and i loved the food. worked there for a year and ate food everyday afterwords.
the person who took our order, Kyleigh, she was so sweet. she kept apologizing for the food wait - even though i knew it would take a while since the meat was cooked fresh, but she was super kind to us.

I took my five year-old granddaughter to get a kids meal and a frosty, since it was A nice warm summer day. It was lunchtime, and the place was relatively empty, fortunately for me. The girl at the register saw us, but waited to finish her task before asking to take our order, which went very smoothly. However, she claimed that she does not work the front and started to complain, which in this day and age seems to be a common practice. After I was given my food and went to open the kids meal, I noticed that my granddaughterâs four pieces of nuggets were disgusting. There was one nugget that looked like it literally had a bite missing. I immediately brought it to the counter while I waited to be seen. I said this looks like it has a bite and she aggressively stated âno this happens. It happens sometime ..itâs from the tongs. Itâs normalâ. I stated it doesnât look normal⊠And I took the new four piece nugget that she handed meâŠand proceeded to bark at me to remove the nugget box off her counter , because I did sit the box there to show her âŠ.I was shocked that I was receiving an attitude instead of an apology. The food was disgusting and the service was way worse. As I sat down, a man came in complaining about a hair in his burger⊠Management needs to do something about this Wendyâs I cannot find the franchise ownerâs name anywhere as I looked online and even under the Augusta tax records. I called the number listed and it was disconnected. I will never again go to Civic Center Dr. Wendyâs!

I donât know what was the ladyâs problem that took my order and handed out my food but sheâs didnât say one word to me, and just stared at me instead of saying hello or asking for my card. Even when I said hello and thank you she said nothing and would aggressively close the drive through window. Just cause sheâs having a bad day doesnât mean it needs to be my problem. she was the older lady with shoulder length hair and glasses. Thatâs the worst costumer service Iâve experienced there. She was awful
