I went there 20 minutes before close on Thursday and I was genuinely concerned about what type of service I would receive (I’ve heard stories!) and I couldn’t of been more pleasantly surprised! Professional, fast and correct! I’d give more stars if I could

Everyone in the kitchen was drugged out. Like so obviously. Watched a family leave after witnessing it. Took 20 minutes to get a sandwich that ended up being burnt. There was one really nice woman and one teenager, they are innocent.

The cashier is clearly experienced but tried to offer ketchup packets rather than adding it to my sandwich in the order and seemed annoyed when I spoke at all. Someone else had to step in to complete my order which was a simple meal and a coupon for a chicken sandwich. Made it an uncomfortable experience.

Got our Oder all wrong. And the lady taking the order was very rude! Then the guy giving the food threw the bag of food at me. Asked for a baconator and got onion tomatoes and lettuce on it.

Stopped to grab food while driving through town. Service was okay, although it took a while for him to take our order. The manager happened to walk by and asked if our order was taken. The guy said he would get to us after he was done with other orders. When we got to the car with our order, we realized they didn't give your cream for the sour cream and chives potato. Went back in and asked for some. The food was okay, but the potato seemed very old, and the rest was just average.

Wendys is the SLOWEST fast food place in all of augusta. Both locations are the same way. Typical wait times are around 15min or more. DO BETTER WENDYS especially when your food sucks
They had different time processing a average rush. Felt bad for people with kids cause they just walked out.
