“My first ever time in a dunkin donuts and it was a great experience!!! I have social anxiety so i was pretry nervous about going, but the staff were super awesome and understanding, and the drink i got was absolutely heavenly. Def would reccomend!!“

“What a fabulous Dunkin. The woman who took my order & made my chai inside was absolutely incredible! Fast, efficient, and my drink was perfect! Made me smile by being so kind, whenever I’m in Bangor running errands I will come out of my way to come to this spot. Very clean lobby / bathroom as well!“

“As good as any Dunkin Doughnuts outlet I've ever been to, the place is always pretty clean the bathrooms are usually pretty clean and tidy. Employees are eager to take your order and have your stuff to you fairly quick while they always have amazing attitudes (service with a smile) I've been stopping at this location while I'm in town for quite a long time now and I've only had to have them fix my order once and that's pretty rare because my wife and I are constantly receiving our orders from different places and there either someone else's order or we are missing something in our order, but it's not a huge problem at this location, these employees have their job pretty well down packed and in today's busy world that right there is a huge plus especially when you in a hurry to be somewhere

Parking: There's about a dozen to 15 regular parking spots to be had and 2 to 3 handicap parking spots so there shouldn't be any trouble for anyone to find parking at this location

Kid-friendliness: This place is super friendly with kids and I've even seen the employees give them their favorite doughnut or sneak in a few extra munchkins for them which is sweet

Wheelchair accessibility: There's either 2 or 3 spots at this location for handicap parking so no worries if your restricted to a wheelchair and want to go in for a coffee or for a bite, this place will treat you as a priority as well as most of it's customers“

“I am a teacher and I stop at this Dunkin every morning at around 7 am. The employees here are incredible. They are hard working and so their absolute best. I order. Walk in To go order every morning. Most mornings it is ready and waiting for me but occasionally they are out of an item because their supply hasn't been restocked. They go above and beyond to try to give me a better alternative. I am giving a 5 star rating solely because of the hard working of the morning crew. They always have a smile and start my day out right with their hard work and attitude.“

“My friend and I were going to the Niall Horan concert at the Amphitheater across the street from this Dunkin’ Donuts. We brought a small Steve Madden backpack to hold our stuff, not being from here we assumed the bag would be fine but it turns out it either had to be clear or the size of a notecard, off topic but who has a bag the size of a notecard. We asked the guard if they had anywhere we could put it, they continued to say they don’t hold bags and that maybe we could hide it somewhere, since we had walked an had no car to put it in. This was frustrating since we didn’t know what to do with it, but we decided to ask this Dunkin’ Donuts would hold it for us, they were extremely sweet and helpful. They checked to make sure it was okay and then continued to hold it for us which was amazing considering our situation. When we came back to get it they were extremely nice while also being busy due to the end of the concert. It was amazing my friend made sure to get a bagel, which was amazing obviously, and tip them do to the amazing service.“
