First off, I can say this Dunkin is often on time and the orders are typically handled well. I live near another one closer to the college, but prefer to come here, as the lines are often shorter and I feel this place does a great job of customer service. Today was no exception, being that the staff seemed to have forgotten our food order in the midst of other online orders. My initial thinking was: No problem. I understand a lot of places are understaffed and doing their best to handle the current boom after the pandemic. No big deal right? Well, the result was handled perfectly. Amy asked that I pull over, and after a few short minutes, brought out our remaining items, along with a refund for the wait. I was very appreciative and it just goes to show that even when a place as simple as a coffee shop shows care and consideration for their customers, it goes a long way! Thanks again Amy, and Dunkin for the coffee/breakfast. You know I'll be spending that refund on my regular order soon!“
